Pretending you returned the items, when you had not is called obstruction of justice.

Trump seems to claim that as FPOTUS he is above the law and he aint.

They claimed they were being cooperative, while not being cooperative. There is video.

There was a subpoena asking for ALL of these documents, yet, after MAGA land claimed they obeyed the subpoena the FBI found more of these documents still in the storeroom.

2) How would you feel about such documents being declassified.
3) They were owned by the United States regardless of if they were classified.
4) He claimed they were all returned after a subpoena... they were not, Obstruction of Justice.
5) What issue do you thin the SCOTUS would be deciding here?

There was no way a document prepared by the FBI justifying the search was going to make Trump look good, but he got the idea into his head that by demanding its release even in redacted form against the bureau's objections he would become the tough guy getting his way. Instead, all he gets is Garland telling the FBI's side of the story without interruption.

2 he read them so he knows the contents that neither of us do.
3 so ? they can have them back when he's done with them
4 yes because they were no longer classified. Did you expect him to scratch out all the little codes ?

Without question the FBI has the goods for prosecuting him. Question is whether Garland is willing to unleash the shit storm by doing it.

Trump is a fucking criminal, fact. The right will likely claim the search was not just but it really doesn't make any difference. the shit was there, he is a criminal. Even if the search were to be claimed as unjust and the shithead got off, it would not mean he was innocent, he was still guilty of the crime. and no FBI person committed perjury.

Too bad though, he can't run again if found guilty of a felony and that's what this is. I was hoping he would run because only the braindead republican would vote for him. Biden would breeze to a second term.

You knew they were not going to release the names of any witness or how they got the information they did. trump was a dumbshit to ask for it to be released in the first place, of course they aren't going to release anything but what makes him look guilty.
