let's see....trial lawyers, insurance companies.....how on earth to decide which is more likely to do the right thing......or we could just kill them both.......
An adversarial system does not expect the sides to "do the right thing". As you are aware, the system is designed to provide zelous advocates for both sides and expect that to result in the most just result. I do what I do very ethically and within the rules. If Insurance companies would fairly honor their contracts I would happily find a new job.
Do you think without Personal Injury Attorneys the Insurnace companies would suddenly become more fair?
