The Kung Flu. Where the fuck have you been?
Who is going to try to kill me?
interesting and I think SCOTUS will take it up as their exclusive purview to rule on interstate disputes
But i dont expect any remedy from SCOTUS no matter the finding
"Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to block the battleground states from casting "unlawful and constitutionally tainted votes" in the Electoral College.

I completely agree on the "torturous" interpretation of the ICC -but this goes to unequal protection -granted, our SCOTUS has always had a tendency to torture the interpretation of interstate commerce to exert federal dominance over everything, but even this would be a stretch
If signatures can not be authenticated and verified, it is an illegitimate, rigged election.

or more directly to State legislature sole power to set election standards ( not the courts, not the sec of State)

I'm not pleased at all that SCOTUS is even considering this.

Trump said before the election if he did not win it was rigged.

The signatures were authenticated and verified before the ballots were counted. Just because people that weren't there during the verification process don't like the outcome is not evidence of failure to authenticate and verify. Courts require actual evidence, not whiney crybaby arguments.
The biggest problem for Paxton and Texas is if the Supreme Court allows one state to interfere and question another state's election process then Texas would quickly find themselves the subject of 40 plus lawsuits over Texas election procedures.
They really aren't. They are rejecting the cases with no votes or explanations.
That destroys the scare tactics of those who opposed the Barret confirmation that were claiming Trump's SC appointees had "pledged loyalty" to him and were going to help him steal the election.
Good, then you have no problem if the signatures are checked again.![]()
