Augustus Doricko, CEO of "Rainmaker" a cloud seeding company, discusses the Texas floods.His largest project produced 10 million gallons of rain and states that he sees no evidence that cloud seeding caused this catastrophic flooding. The storm dumped 4 TRILLION gallons of water onto Texas .He believes that cloud seeding companies do need more regulation and oversight and that cloud seeding and weather modification should be performed responsibly and transparently to gain the trust of the people, however does not speak well of geo engineering..Very interesting....

Gavin didn't maintain the forest with controlled burns and by removing branches by the power lines. The NWS had 2.5 their normal staff and started issuing flash flood warnings at 1:18 PM the day before the flood they increased the severity of the warnings prior to the flood then they issued an EMERGENCY FLASH FLOOD WARNING that told people to evacuate low lying areas 3 hours before the flood. That is their highest level and most strongly worded warning. The NWS did their jobs flawlessly. Camp Mystic failed to heed the warnings. Others did the same. Under no stretch of the imagination is Trump responsible for this catastrophe. This is not the time for politics. If the cabins had NOAA radios in each cabin and required them to be on this could have been avoided. Every time a NWS warning comes across a NOAA radio it is preceded by a very loud serene . The radios cost less than $50 each. You guys need to grow up.
