Texas river flood leaves at least 13 dead and 20 children missing; camp evacuated by helicopter

I am skeptical that we will ever find out if weather engineering played any part in this, as it is approved and funded by the state of Texas....if they did help cause this they will cover their ass.

However independent experts do have the weather radar loop to evaluate, they can tell if something smells rotten.

Really? If people could weather engineer then why not weather engineer the drought in the SW and during California's fires?.....or do you believe it was Jewish Space Lasers that did it?

I am not an expert in weather engineering, but it was known for many days that the remnants of a tropical storm were coming to Texas, and we know that operations were run up till at least the day before this disaster because the contracting company admitted it......I suspect that operations should have been halted several days before they were.
