You still haven't explained how you are going to do this with any economy of scale. Care to explain that since every school will be using a local contractor and the windows from school to school will not be the same. All the windows will have to be measured, new windows ordered, then wait for them to be manufactured and shipped before they can be installed.
Man you are truly desperate. How long does it take to measure window that are mostly the same sized in same sized class rooms. Or maybe they could refer to the original construction plans. How long does it take to order a bunch of windows.
Oh when you order multiple windows from the same manufacture you can negotiate a lower price per window. The same goes for a contractor that installs a dozen or one that installs a thousand windows.And as I have already told you many schools have burglar proof glass.
