Do you know how the person who is suing proves there was a heartbeat? I don't understand how that works.

State officials are prohibited from enforcing the law. I assume any actions will have to be from organized anti-abortion groups with the funds to bring lawsuits.

That is not needed. All you have to prove is someone was going to help someone get an abortion, even if it is driving her to the airport, or loaning her money. The courts will be busy from this stupidity.
