There may be some good reasons for not declaring a moratorium on non-citizen Muslims from entering the country, that it would be unconstitutional isn't one of them lol. I think it's a good idea, frankly. Though there's probably some good arguments against it.

The terrible idea is allowing large numbers of Muslims from problem areas in. We already have too many ISIS operatives here now. The FBI says they're already in all 50 states.

Big difference between being afraid of something but preparing for it to happen, and being a coward. But if you're more afraid of limiting immigration from certain regions of the world, and closely monitoring the ones you DO let in, then you're stupid.

He has more of a chance dying at the hands of a muslime terrorist than dying from a 1 degree increase in temperature.

It's sad, but none of the US governments' concern. The relevant authorities should deal with it.

If you and other like-minded people want to personally take up arms to defend Christians in other parts of the world, there are organizations you can join.

Just don't ask the US government to send other peoples' kids to kill and be killed at taxpayer expense so you can feel better about yourself, OK?

And all Trump proposed was a temporary ban, until we have an effective background checking policy. Something that made libs heads explode, even though they claim to hate religion...

He also proposed warrantless surveillance on houses of worship on US soil, and forcing US citizens to carry special ID identifying them as Muslims, something that made conservatives applaud, even though they claim to love our Constitution.

Are you aware that Muslims have required Jews and other non-Muslims to wear special marks distinguishing the fact they were not Muslims?

If Trump did in fact propose that (as you claim) then he is a bigger idiot than I thought. I cannot believe in our day and age that such bigotry would place someone at the forefront of a party's presidential candidacy.

Newsflash: we can't let them alone enough. Their grievances with the West go back to the Crusaders. And that's not even counting their religious imperatives which require they spread Islam by whatever means neccessary, up to and including violence against the infidel.

It's amazing that so many people still don't get this.
