Agreed. This Puritan view of morality is hypocritical considering that most Republican leaders are adulterers who, according to the Bible, should be put to death. I'm not even mentioning the kiddie rapists like Trump, Moore and Gaetz.

Leviticus 20:10
“If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Matthew 19:9
And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”
