No matter how many times I hear that they were warned that they might get sued, it doesn't change the main premise of what I have stated. If you spill the coffee on yourself because you are not careful, then sue the person you ordered and purchased the same from because they supplied it to you exactly as described, then I tend to have a problem with it.

One thing is certain, they didn't get the $6M dollars regardless.

Well, the flip side of that coin is true as well. Drinks get spilled. It happens all the time. And if you serve a drink that is so hot that it is will cause burns to the skin if spilled you should expect to be sued when the likely even of a spilled drink causing burns occurs.
 
Insurance companies are pure evil. I bet they cause more American deaths than terrorists.

You're right. Its really a matter of natural selection. If you were too weak and/or stupid to have gotten good insurance, you're not meant to live.

"Expect to be sued"... yes. As I said, they were foolish not to settle long before then.

However, the "expect to be sued" part is generally the problem...

The institution of slavery is not something that can be entered into willingly by definition, not by law. You can enter a lifetime contract to sale your services. That's not really slavery though.

1. The idea that offering trade with someone is a form of force IS socialist horseshit. Setting up some some scenario where refusal of the trade amounts to death for one is emo-socialist-fag (one water, not damo, falls for because he is an idiot) strategy number 1.

2. ??? wtf ru talking about moron? I am not associating Damo with China. I am pointing out that the fear of abuse on organ transplant is realized in the nation that limits trade, not the US. Abuse comes about because of the denial of individual rights not because they are extended.
