The fact is healthcare workers are underpaid and overworked by an industry that makes billions. They have had to take care of Trump's victims for 3 years. Now we still have Covid and 2 new respiratory illnesses to deal with. There is no end in sight for workers who pay the price for anti-science rightys.

I believe there are millions of job openings out there in every field, and the problem is a lack of experience and education is the main reason why they are not being filled.
The cost of Technical schools and College is too expensive for most people now. Most especially for those who are trying to put a roof over their head and go to school too.
The shame of it all- It is a dumbing down of America. America will no longer be leading in technologies anymore, as America will be striving to just play catch-up for now and in the future.
The USA chose profits for the Rich AND PRIVILEGED CLASS over investing in it's people and it's future! While other countries, even Russia, China, and India are a lot more focused on Education and educating their people!
