"Health experts are quitting the NIH and CDC in droves because they're embarrassed by 'bad science' - including vaccinating children under 5 to 'make their advice palatable to the White House,' doctors claim

The NIH and CDC are reportedly facing staffing shortages as low morale drives away employees

Decisions like the closure of schools and then requiring face masks once they reopened led to many questioning leadership

Lately, the authorization of COVID-19 vaccines for children four years old of younger has confused some in America's top medical agencies

Bari Weiss' 'Common Sense' Substack reports that data from both Pfizer and Moderna's clinical trials for jabs in under-5s show limited effectiveness "

Being the only nation with a 'for profit' healthcare system, it's no surprise.

Nurse aids make the same as a Walmart greeter. Who would change diapers for that kind of money?

Staffing shortages are common with nurses. That often leads to the need for travelers, who were getting paid up to $200/hour during the Covid peak.

Burnout is a thing. I live with a classic case. Nurses were getting pizza and parades during Covid. Now the hospitals are trying to shut down units to hike profits.

Never a problem until the Socialist Dems took over healthcare with the ACA. :dunno:

You know, ... the bill Nazi Pelosi said you have to pass it if you want to know what it says.

learn to read.

.

Liar. It might not have been a problem for those who got 'free' insurance from and employer, but not for tens of millions who didn't.

Learn how not to contradict yourself :dunno:

Why are you changing the topic. We were discussing Dr. shortages which you blamed on a for-profit system. :dunno:

Employers should have never ever been permitted to offer insurance. Period.

Point out the contradicition.

It's always a challenge to attempt intelligent discussion in Appalachia. It's a wonder you know how to c/p, but that seems to be the extent of your abilities.

Travelers are RNs not nurses aids .

Back to topic, why do you blame a for-profit system for Dr. and HC worker shortages?

So what's your point????????????

No point, he just enjoys playing Chicken Little. lol

So we've been treated now to two-and-a-half years of Reichtards like the OP claiming that the deadly pandemic was overblown, no big deal, masks and social distancing are tyranny, the vaccines are poison, etc. Would YOU want to spend the rest of your career taking care of morons who can't even take simple steps to avoid the hospital? A lot of physicians and nurses are going into office work -- there is a huge job market for them in the managed care (health insurance) industry. I spent the last three years of my own nursing career in that field. Better pay, much better hours, better benefits, etc.

Those "low-wage essential health care workers" are typically CNAs, patient care techs, radiology techs, etc. Ditto for them. They work shit hours for shit pay, are exposed to COVID and other cooties, looked down on by pandemic-deniers. The job market for them in other industries is booming too. So why stay where you're not valued by the patients/employers?

The others in this thread have no problem following along. I've already articulated the exact reason for the shortages. You don't even know anybody in the healthcare system. Many of us do.

Go sit in the corner.

Its not just healthcare..... its cops, its teachers, its soldiers and so on and on.....this society is crashing...and I warned you.

Nurses/Aids are required to use a new mask every day. They aren't given a supply for the week. They must be given one each day.

Try wearing an N95 fresh out of a box/stack for 12 hours without a break.

The ink leaves a chemical vapor that is intoxicating. The rush to produce them also must entail a different grade of material, as many nurses are having bad skin reactions.

Its not just healthcare..... its cops, its teachers, its soldiers and so on and on.....this society is crashing...and I warned you.

People moving from jobs where they are poorly paid and underappreciated to far better jobs = crashing? Only in your psychotic POV. You want to keep the caste system going. No wonder ppl here think you're a Chinese agent rather than an American.

The topic is the supposed contradiction I offered.

Point it out

I already thanked Expresslane for showing there was no contradiction. Quit being a baby.

So what's the logical link between HC worker shortages and a for profit system?

Yep. I bought my youngest daughter some for her to wear in her classroom. She has MS and therefore is a high risk immunocompromised person. When the mask mandates were lifted last school year in her state (Illinois) she asked the parents of her students to please continue to give them masks. They all did, bless their hearts. But she had the same problems you mentioned -- skin breakouts.

You don't read. You rush here just to troll.

Stop refusing to read. I've aleady pointed out the exact reason in my first post. How can you be so clueless?

Any sector that puts profits first has the same issue. They cut back on labor in order to increase ROI.

This is NOT a new concept.
