Obama issued the order. Trump did not follow the APA when repealing it. They didn't even have to prove their points, only address them in the repeal.

DACA was never declared illegal or unconstitutional. Sessions does not have that authority.

they didn't reject his ability to get rid of the policy, just the way he went about it. Which is also bullshit, because that means trump can just make any EO he wants with no justification and the next administration will have their hands tied. so that's what you are wishing for.
