Why can't Trump get qualified people? It was procedural because Trump lawyers were incompetent. The only way to revisit is Trump winning another term. That will not happen.

I read the S.C. decision and it did not address the legality of DACA, just the procedures by the E.O., to rescind it.

The inclusion of illegals under DACA, that brought children here illegally by Obama will be rescinded.

Illegals are illegal.

Deport, it is the law.

Roberts is the Chief Justice! He interprets the Constitution and Law from an A-political perspective.

A Black Man, Clarence Thomas has been the most Conservative perspective on the bench since Scalia's death.

Another Conservative Justice (Merrick Garland) that also interprets from an A-political perspective will be named to the Supreme Court next, by Joe Biden in 2021.

Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have already passed their litmus test, and is now interpreting law from A-political perspectives.

I think America can now be proud to have such an A-political Branch within our Government to be a true check and balance system the forefathers wanted.

Even though Donald Trump was looking for some loyal corrupted judges, he instead found 2 great justices for our government.

Our township is doing fine financially. Our roads are well maintained, as are our farms and homes. We get very little, if any federal money except for our volunteer fire departments.
But you wouldn't know that, living in public housing and all...
