No, you're 100% wrong. The state legislature delegated their pay raise to an outside body, who decided to raise my taxes.
Similarly, in New York we have Industrial Development Agencies who grant property tax breaks to businesses which in turn raises property taxes for single family home owners. Again, unelected bureaucrats raising our taxes, unanswerable to the voters... completely unconstitutional.

and all State offices, including senators, representatives and judges of all courts of record, and delegates and alternate delegates to National Conventions and members of State committees.

And the Constitution gives the power to make election laws solely to the state legislature. The courts in Georgia and other states changed voting laws without consulting the state legislatures. The courts did not have jurisdiction to change laws set fort by the state legislature.

They write legislation outlining the process. State courts can review and interpret that legislation. Why is this so hard for you to grasp? Are you slightly retarded?
