College graduates (83%) are much more inclined than nongraduates (54%) to believe that reports Biden won were accurate. However, partisanship appears to be a much stronger factor than education. Education makes no difference among Democrats – 98% of those with a college degree and 99% of those without one believe the news reports. Republicans are skeptical, but college graduates are less so (32% believe the news reports) than nongraduates (15%). Among independents, 73% of college graduates and 57% of nongraduates believed the news projections of a Biden win.

Those numbers aren’t surprising.
Biden was an uninspiring candidate in the democrat primaries. Uninspiring enough, that he was only able to hold off an actual socialist ‘with a little help’ from the DNC power structure.
Then he goes on to draw historically low crowds in the campaign for president. Assuming, you can call ‘campaigning’ via surrogates from the basement an actual campaign. In the face of all that, people are supposed to believe that Biden not only got more votes than the Obama ever did, but he beat Trump even after Trump scored 10 million more votes than in 2016 and improved his numbers with minorities by a considerable margin.
Those poll numbers aren’t surprising at all.

Rasmussen polls are usually outliers in the first place. Biden's much greater popularity over Trump's suggests they are an outlier again here. In the second place, opinion is not "evidence".
