He’s very childlike even though he asserted that he was in his 40s. An age I believe is true due to multiple past cultural references.

An American male in his 40s with the maturity of a teenager is almost certainly mentally handicapped. It’s one thing to have a “bad day” but a consistent pattern of behavior over time is very telling.

Agreed. It was one of the first clues his claims didn't match his intelligence or education. He ridiculed community college and, as you mentioned, Master's and other degrees. Weird.

It's why I believe he has lower-than-average-IQ. No doubt he's proud of his Special Education graduation certificate.
