The problem with you as a foil, Earl, which is all you are, is you're too easy. The question was why would Harvard as a private university be subject to the ruling and the answer is that any university that accepts public funds, and Harvard does accept them,
is subject to Title VI. The court's precedent would not apply to Harvard otherwise. That question of law was the sum total of the post and answer.

Otra vez, after the Supreme Court decision, do you really believe that any university is going to use race as a determinant for entrance to their university and risk billions in lawsuits?
Almost all universities accept some form of public funds and those that don’t would be committing an act of open racism if they used race as a part of the entrance requirements.
