"Socialist" Bernie Sanders is a MILLIONAIRE

what do you know about the Cumberland road?

I know his type and yours. You claim to care about people and that people should have all sorts of things even if they can't afford it. In other words, you claim compassion. However, when it comes to proving it, you believe the compassion you CLAIM can be fulfilled by seeing how many other people you support being forced to fund what you want to see happen. That's not how it works.

Your sorry kind is easy to spot. You claim healthcare is a right then go about funding for those who can't afford it by reaching into someone else's pocket rather than finding those you say you care about and paying their premiums for them. You use the government when the government isn't necessary if you would do it yourself because YOU believe in it.

you dont like this country or the founders huh

I don't have a problem with either one. I have a problem with morons like you that think whatever you want is a right yet you can show absolutely nothing in the Constitution that backs up your claim that it is. You don't have a right to healthcare and you can't show a damn thing in the Constitution that says healthcare. You think you have a right to an abortion but can't show me that word either. You can't show anything you support as being authorized by the Constitution yet you claim you're in line with those that wrote it. Stupid bitch.

Under capitalism, yeah, anyone can be rich. Under socialism, no one is supposed to be rich. Bernie is another huge democrat hypocrite.

No, not anyone, clown - only those who know how and know what a crooked idiocy the system is. The mugs who believe in it never get rich - they just learn hate and spite, as you know.

well fettered capitalism

its not for the stupid

that is why your republican party is stabbing its self to death

A lot of people who have worked for 45-50+ years are going to have over a million in assets. This is actually not much of a shock and certainly not an indication that he is having his pockets lined by outside interests/lobbyists/pacs

Worked 40-50 years making six figures. If you didn't have a million in assets after that, you're incredibly poor at managing finances.

Someone with that much money that believes what Bernie claims he supports shouldn't have that much. He should be more than willing to do with it voluntarily what he demands others with that much be forced to do. We both know, although you'll never admit it, that it's not how bleeding hearts work. They think compassion comes from supporting something then proving it means finding someone else to fund it.

Individual actions is meaningless, the only true weigh to solve our problems is through collective action on the scale of society. Charity should be banned, it's just a way for greedy conservatives to assuage their conscious.

It's contradictory when someone like Bernie, a person that believes in all sorts of "free" shit is a right, has that much. If he truly believed what he said about people being able to go to college when their parents can't afford it, he'd find them, pay their tuition, and prove he cares. When he has that much, what it shows me he cares about is seeing how many OTHER people with millions he can force it from.

What is the point of paying for a single persons college education? That is meaningless, a drop in the bucket. All your doing is playing the lottery, it's unfair as well. No one should get any benefits we all do not get.

Why wouldn't those who think another person owes them anything they want not vote for someone supporting that? It's not an issue of whether he has stuck to it or not but what he's stuck to. Are you surprised that someone thinking that taxpayers should do for them with college tuition what their own damn parents won't do for them would support Bernie? I'd bet the parents that won't do for their own kids what they think taxpayers should do support him, too.

When someone becomes a politicians, they become the problem. Take it from someone that has been elected on a local level that wasn't a politician but what he expects those elected to be when it comes to doing what's best for the constituents instead of himself.

It is not a matter of who owes who what, it is a matter of what is best for society. You cannot understand this because you are too selfish, you can only think of yourself and other individuals, you lack the imagination to consider the interests of the whole.

I would agree that the States should be in charge of more and that the Feds have grabbed more and more power over the past couple decades. I also agree that the Senatorial salaries are too high.

That said... my point stands. We still need federal level politicians to handle what they ARE supposed to be handling.

States should not be in charge of more, the federal government plays a significant roll in supporting states with weak economies and helping them catch up with the rest.
