Declassification was covered by an Obama XO -but from what I read the XO exempted POTUS
since POTUS can declassify "at will" ( i actually pulled up the pdf and i fell asleep - it's long and boring)

But there is a procedure for declassification for classified material ; the question is does it apply to POTUS directly.
It would have to be litigated,and that means Trump would have to be charged, but he wont because this ws simply a fishing expedition...

Oh and it was a "general warrant" as well (naming ALL docs and prseidential paper) which lacks the "particularity" required on a warrant acording to the 4th
