When documents are declassified



You have to at least tell the archivists


Not telling them causes great big messes

Then he will be capable of showing the memorandum announcing thus, and able to show the record of the exact time and date that he declassified them and also explain why all of his documents don't have a stamp on them signifying the declassification. Let's see it.

And even if he did declassify them (which he will never give evidence for), he STILL wouldn't have the right to have them as they belong to the national archives either way, PLUS he still has to answer for his mishandling and destruction of documents in violation of the espionage act.

archives are simply performing their usual inventory checking process. Perhaps had they asked DJT could have told them they were declassified.

He ignored a lawfully served subpoena. He lied about having the documents. There isn't even any disagreement about that. And yes, he TOOK them. Apparently he squirreled away top secret documents all the time.

no subpoena was ignored . the last subpoena was June 3rd if I recall.
