So trump handled the covid wrong you say please tell me how ?

now I see in California there is a stay at home order and people are paying no attention to it ,
Is that trumps responsibility or the politicians in California responsibility to handle that ?

The SOTC is effectively no longer a State. They do not honor the Constitution of the United States nor the constitution of the State of California.

Until it's citizens are willing to rise up and overthrow the oligarchy in Sacramento and restore California to a republic, they are going to live in the misery of fascism by oligarchy.

Pandemic response is by law and by historical practice the domain of the states.

Nope. Unconstitutional. Governors are not kings. They cannot rule by edict after edict. They cannot legally impose their paranoia upon their citizens. They cannot shut down some businesses as 'non-essential' and allow others to remain open. They are violating the 14th amendment. They cannot require tracing. They are violating the 4th amendment. States are bound by the 4th and 14th amendments.

Masks should be replaced at least every 5 years. Trump didn't replace a single mask in 3 years. Blaming Obama for Trump's failure to act doesn't mean it's Obama's fault. Trump should have been replacing 1/5 of the stock ever year but didn't replace a single mask.

Tests are developed and approved by the Federal government. It only takes a President willing to see that it gets done instead of spending so much time playing golf.

Tracking can't occur without a working test provided by the Federal government.

Masks do not stop a virus.
Tests do not stop a virus nor prevent infection.
Tracking is unconstitutional. See the 4th amendment.

you are mentally ill

The fact that very few people know that the states are in charge of pandemics can get traced back to:

1) The schools being taken over by the Victim Culture Cult, they now do cult indoctrination rather than education.

2) Journalists abandoned the profession and went into Mind Molding, and they hate Trump

3) Willful ignorance...See Sig for further information.

States are not in charge of pandemics. No one is.

You seem to have missed my point....which is sooooo disappointing.

States are in charge not the federal government.

Martial Law from the states is different.

That is not legal.

SCOTUS?

I made a mistake. I thought Trump was in charge. I thought he was the president. I even thought he ridiculed anyone who stood up to him. It was Trump who was and still is telling the CDC what to do. He put people in a position to ignore science and follow his orders.
Do you really believe it was congress and not Trump running this mess? Ok, you lost more respect points. You are in a real deficit with that answer.

No one can command a virus. Not even Trump. Not even Biden. Not even you.

Leadership in a crisis matters. We're a nation of 350 million+.

Biden has shown more leadership since election day than Trump showed in 4 years.

Look at the way Trump is behaving now. When the pandemic is hitting a peak here. It's actually depressing to see how little he cares.

What peak? Oh ...you mean the fake data.
