So is Trump going to start executing Senators and Representatives?

First Trump quote was word for word, the second Trump reposted on his website, so if you want to get anal retentive, which a lot of MAGA seemingly do, no, he didn’t directly utter the exact words, but he did take the time to echo them on his own vehicle

Other than accusations, and Trump accuses people of something nearly everyday, the great unifier that he is, there was no crime, it’s not a crime to repeat Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice

And the rest of your post is the usual “you are ……..” and “you are ……” that the Red Hat Club has to always resort to when they got nothing
Irony from a dotard trying to justify the unjustifiable and defend the indefensible. You truly are a wonder dumbass. But hey, the Democratic Party needs willful idiots like you to get elected. :palm:

The Rosenbergs were not executed for sedition, and repeating Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in public is not a crime, besides, the oath of office military personnel take doesn’t swear loyalty to the President but rather to the Constitution
What illegal orders were these partisan hack Democrat morons talking about?

When asked, the predictable response was "I don't know."

Trump starting an inquiry doesn’t mean one is automatically guilty of anything,

Then why the stupid thread claiming Trump is going to kill Democrats?

and as we just saw with Comey, Trump inquires, investigations, and even indictments usually are a joke initiated for attention and go nowhere

What we saw of Comey is a despicable hack who should have been prosecuted and jailed five years ago. But alas, he was under the protection of the Biden Presidency.

If it were, trump would have been put in prison decades ago. Do you even know what sedition is?

That's where you dance with glee when those who dared protest against your shameful party are imprisoned for decades, right?

You're such a blowhard, Walt/

It's true, you drooling moron. Go ask any single person who's survived boot camp. They'll tell you the exact same thing on day one.

This right here is why brain-dead clowns like you should be banned for life from holding even a dog-catcher job, let alone real power.

This answer alone disqualifies you from sitting on a lemonade-stand committee, much less a city council.

We need mandatory IQ tests and American loyalty oaths for every elected office yesterday, because too many mouth-breathing simpletons exactly like you keep slithering into Congress.

Wallow in your ignorance all you want on the internet, Wally. It's cute. It's harmless.

But when ignorant traitors like you and your heroes actually get power, you put every kid in uniform at risk. You put the whole damn country at risk.

You're not just stupid. You're dangerous.

Keep proving it, dumbass.
Just to remind everyone, Kelly has a MSc in aeronautical engineering, is a combat veteran, and even an astronaut. trump has accomplished none of that.

Oh, that's not how the military works Walt. Not at all how it works.
A dishonorable discharge is the equivalent of a felony on your record. trump does not just get to assign that to Kelly at will. There would need to be a court-marshal, and a conviction.

That is how the military works.

§2384. Seditious conspiracy
Seditious conspiracy is a different crime than sedition. So now go and find sedition in our criminal code.

Kelly will have a DD-214 with terms of discharge set as "dishonorable."
He certainly does not right now, as you claim.

There would need to be a court-marshal to alter the nature of his service to "dishonorable", and while trump is considering trying to enforce laws he believes exists, it would require laws that really do exist.

Kelly is a scumbag that has chronic TDS, which as of today there is no cure. I love how you think that wins an argument. That's what I call running after being caught saying stupid bullshit.

I wonder who would do better on an IQ test, the engineer/astronaut, or the guy who considers a basic competency test unbelievably hard.

You’re such an idiot you actually think an IQ test would settle who’s right or wrong in any argument. What the hell are you even talking about?

First of all, if you knew the first thing about IQ, you’d know that studying for a test and passing it is not an indicator of high IQ. Not that I want to go down this rabbit hole, but I figured even you deserved that little factoid.

The fact you didn’t already know that doesn’t automatically prove you have a low IQ… though I gotta say, I’m heavily leaning that way.

You are the one to bring up giving IQ tests to politicians, not me. I think it would be a terrible idea. Let the voters decide, not test givers.

But given your idea, who do you think would pass that IQ test, the engineer/astronaut, or the guy who considers a basic competency test unbelievably hard?

First of all, if you knew the first thing about IQ, you’d know that studying for a test and passing it is not an indicator of high IQ.
IQ tests are similar to the tests they give to applicants to graduate programs, members of the military, and astronauts. Someone who excelled at all of them would almost certainly have a high IQ.

Meanwhile the basic competency test that trump found "extremely hard" is a dumbed down IQ test.

...and has taken the MoCA several times according to his own testimony. That's not normal procedure for healthy adults, even elderly ones.

I've taken it twice; once a few years ago for a baseline test since my dad died of Alzheimer's and once a few months ago due to the radiation to my head. That one was much more comprehensive and took about 60 minutes. For Trump to have taken the test multiple times is as odd as him taking multiple MRIs and physicals within a year.

The “cognitive tests” that Trump is bragging about so proudly—and condescendingly telling two outspoken, progressive women of color to take—is most likely some variation of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. The MoCA is a 10-minute assessment designed to identify signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s, and yet Trump talks about it like it was the Graduate Record Examinations or the LSAT.

Trump's cognitive test results

The intrigue: Trump didn't offer specific details about his score, nor confirm if this was his April test or the same assessment he spoke of earlier in October.

  • The White House did not immediately respond to Axios' request for comment Monday afternoon.

I would guess that test to become an astronaut is more difficult. I know the tests to become an officer in the military, and to get into engineering graduate school are.

This is exactly the rabbit hole I warned you about, dumbass. How the hell did we end up here? What does any of this IQ circle-jerk have to do with the original point?

Are you actually arguing that higher IQ automatically means better decision-making? Seriously? Take a minute and let that one marinate in whatever’s left of your brain.

You’re also weirdly obsessed with that competency test Biden refused to take. You just sound like every other TDS-riddled loser who sees Trump in their breakfast cereal. You'll claim that Trump is obsessed with that test of course. Reality? Trump’s obsessed with cleanliness, success and winning for the American people, you’re obsessed with coping. Fix yourself.

What does any of this IQ circle-jerk have to do with the original point?
You are the one who brought it up, so you should tell us.

Are you actually arguing that higher IQ automatically means better decision-making? Seriously?

I would add that "loyalty oaths" would be even more meaningless:
We need mandatory IQ tests and American loyalty oaths for every elected office yesterday, because too many mouth-breathing simpletons exactly like you keep slithering into Congress.

I would add that "loyalty oaths" would be even more meaningless:
Every military or civil service person takes a "Loyalty Oath" to the Constitution. Every one of them that breaks it for a wannabe dictator is a traitor. Same goes for every President who breaks their own oath.

3331. Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: "I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." This section does not affect other oaths required by law.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
