Not sedition, and sedition is not illegal in the USA.
There would need to be criminal charges, and the a finding of guilt to get a dishonorable discharge. That has not happened, and I doubt it would ever happen.
Kelly is not dishonorably discharged, or stripped of all ranks and honors. It would require a court-martial to do that, and there has not even been an allegation.
Sedition is not part of US laws. There is no law against sedition(in the USA), and so it has no price.
Think of a dishonorable discharge as a felony conviction. It is basically the equivalent of a felony conviction. You do not get one just because trump is mad. There needs to be a whole trial, and Kelly would need to be found guilty.
Now there is a technicality here: commissioned officers are dismissed, not given a dishonorable discharge. But a dismissal is basically the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge, which in turn is the equivalent of a felony conviction.

1) Activate his commission.
2) Remove his commission, thereby deactivating him.
3) Change the laws regarding a draft.
4) Draft Kelly, a 61 year old veteran as an enlisted soldier.
5) Amend the Constitution to remove the ex post facto clause.
6) Create an ex post facto law against something Kelly has done.
7) Court-marshal Kelly for said ex post facto law.
8) Convict him.
There are several sub-steps I left out, but you get the basic idea. If you are willing to settle for a dismissal, you can cut those steps in half.
