The only time a question can be a lie is if you don't expect an answer. If you ask the question in good faith for an answer, no matter how fucked up that question is, it isn't a lie. Only a question made in the form of a statement--eg., not expecting an answer--can be a lie.

That isn't a lie. It is a complex question that traps the answerer into no good answer. That is a separate fallacy but asking the question doesn't make the asker a liar.
