Sitting republicans could be indicted

A question can be made for something other than just yes/no, such as, "What is your age?", or , "What color is your car?". They do not form any type of fallacy to ask them.

The question, "Are you still beating your wife?", is a presupposition fallacy. The predicate is that you are beating your wife, itself a circular argument, itself forming an assumption fallacy (a circular argument fallacy by inference).
The equivalent and invalid expression this fallacy forms is A?->!A?.

This is also often called a "loaded question".

Who's homework did you copy that information from, troll? Oh, damn. I used my one response to you for today. Oh, well. See you tomorrow!

So you decided to support rising crime, murder your own offspring for convenience, effectively remove term limits, and lower verification of voters.

That isn't freedom.
"Vote blue no matter who", even if that means voting in a guy who died a month prior to (s)election day.

Picture this, Biden runs for reelection, and trump gets the nomination to run against him. A week before the election, trump keels over dead. Do you vote for Biden? Or do you go ahead voting for trump, knowing that he will be replaced by his VP candidate?

It is just common sense to vote for a dead candidate, if you know he will be replaced by someone of similar characteristics. I really do not know why you are making such a big deal about it.

What happens if they are now indicted for those crimes?

Would it not be glorious if the Dems won the house, not only because it's best for America, but because the MAGA's will be tearing their hair out and shrieking like spoiled baby chimps. They won't get their revenge/sham impeachments or investigations! :)

I'm still not making a call, tho!
