Not if the answers allowed are other than binary (yes / no).

"I have never beat my wife." That can be the answer if it isn't be forced as a binary. Even if the answer is a lie, the question isn't.

A question can be made for something other than just yes/no, such as, "What is your age?", or , "What color is your car?". They do not form any type of fallacy to ask them.

The question, "Are you still beating your wife?", is a presupposition fallacy. The predicate is that you are beating your wife, itself a circular argument, itself forming an assumption fallacy (a circular argument fallacy by inference).
The equivalent and invalid expression this fallacy forms is A?->!A?.

This is also often called a "loaded question".
