Add Russia and talk about the Empire....NK is not officially part of the Empire because they go their own way but they will help the Empire at every turn, and they have a special relationship with China that goes back a long ways.

You are wrong on both counts except that Russia is no threat on their own, they will do noting to the West without the consent of Beijing.

the only thing NK does is commit us to defend SK and keep forces there -

NK is very very good at cyber crime, better than the Chinese because the Chinese have limits on how far they will go but the North Koreans dont....they are useful to the Empire.
