The simplest and easiest solution would be to simply make more unisex single use restrooms. In the future I think buildings will simply use this solution rather than a male/female restroom solution. A simple and direct solution that resolves all of this without government telling people what they must do. I know it isn't a solution the left would look for because the government isn't telling people to do it, but really the left has made the potty a point of nonsense politics.
I have a friend, somebody I've known since kindergarten that transitioned from a jackass man to a jackass woman, but without surgery. After some time living as a woman she found that the drugs to transition did bad things to her and she was unable to make the transition. Regardless of that, she still lives as a woman with her equipment attached. By law, and per her new birth certificate, regardless of the plumbing this person is a female. Her Driver's license says so, and her birth certificate. So in NC she'd have to use the female restroom.... tell me how this law has negatively affected her and I'll begin to understand the need for the government to boot stomp all over people for this relatively unnecessary set of rules.
