Shutting down the North Carolina Potty argument.

They do all the time, you all act like this is suddenly something new. Transgender people have been using the bathroom of their choice for a long time now. They aren't a danger to anyone, but they are endangered by crazy folks like Granule and other nut cases who will shoot them.

The world is rapidly going down the toilet yet all you lot can talk about is...toilets!! What a crazy country.

we are "can do America!" rising to any occasion (just as soon as the guys are finished dressing in the women's locker)

Those attracted to women should use the men's room.

I have used the women's room on several occasions, never had the cops called.

The restaurant I went to last night had a unisex bathroom, I used it without incident, twice!

The Japanese have used communal baths for CENTURIES.

You don't hear about any systemic problem with homosexuals or transgender men and women in Japanese bathrooms.

So, the law forces homosexuals to use changing facilities with people they are physically attracted to. Are you supporting this because you like having gay men forced into the potty with you?

He likes the ever present possibility of enjoying a "reach around" whenever he uses the bathroom.

do you remember a time when the USA actually was world leader in things other then political correctness? I had a 57 Chevy Impala...man what a car that was.

Do you long for the days when slavery was legal, when women were property, and racism was tolerated?

Don't lie.

lol...what kind of insane question is that?

I remember party phone lines, the advent of transistor radios, and when long haired freaks roamed the earth.
Aside from the freaks I don't miss them.. progress is a good thing

Please man, you are a really nice guy, just ignore that bastard. All he does is try to wind people up, he is a waste of space.

Long haired freaks? That was most of the population of young males when I was growing up and most of them weren't freaks, they just had long hair.

Were there other women in the restroom at the time? I bet the the unisex bathroom was a single toilet where you locked the door.

People keep saying you're a lawyer, I challenge you to use the ladies restroom, when there are plenty of people around and women in the restroom, at the courthouse.

Keep me posted.

Well, if the Japanese do it, then so should we. Hey, Muslims have had their women covered up for centuries and you don't hear about any systemic problems with homosexuals or transgender men and women.

When President Franklin Roosevelt signed an executive order prohibiting racial discrimination in bathrooms, whites staged a mass protest, fretting that they might catch venereal diseases if forced to share toilets with blacks.

One of the key talking points against the Equal Rights Amendment was that it might lead to co-ed bathrooms. “Do you want the sexes fully integrated like the races?” one hysterical pamphlet asked.

Of course, it’s possible that Republican politicians are using these “bathroom bills” to wage a bigger battle against trans rights.

Exaggerated fears and invented dangers are its predictable products. The idea that bathrooms are single-sex is so ingrained that any shift in the social order makes us nervous.

By focusing our basic fears and making the gender divide so conspicuous, bathrooms are lightning rods for the sorts of hysteria we are now witnessing. Freud wouldn’t have been at all surprised.
