IT does not matter who the Court is, the President still does not bring the charges. ITs simply not how it works.
I wonder why he bothers having a Justice Department then.......

unprecedented
they all served their purpose......now that we know Hilliary lied in her testimony at the hearings the perjury case shouldn't take long at all........How many Benghazi hearings did you morons need?
don't be ridiculous.......we already have something on her.....it should take eight months, tops.......I can see the plan now, they are going to do to her what they did to Bill Clinton, spend 8 years trying to get her on something, spending billions on "investigations".
8 more years obstructing.
yes he can.....no there does not have to be a conviction first....can he do that? Have to be declared guilty of something first?
Id like him to do it either way, that way we can avoid hundreds of millions of dollars being spent on useless investigations.

Yeah....really....

I guarantee you, IF Trump wins, Obama will pardon Hillary before he leaves office...to don't your little pointy head about it.....
How do you pardon someone that is not charged yet?
I think there are ex post facto issues with the only prosecutable claim here.I think that if there is enough evidence to justify charging her then she should be charged. We are a nation of laws not men and so no one person should be above the law no matter their political party or title.
Banana republics typically fabricate charges in order to get rid of the opposition. If there are real charges, then they should be brought. Not necessarily for a POTUS, unless the crime is heinous.your missing the argument of the new york times though. THeir argument is that to prevent the US from being a banana republic it doesnt matter whether the parties are guilty or not we should not prosecute them. I was hoping to get a discussion on whether or not people agree with that.
