It's simple ...no children allowed when it is a public event that is sexually explicit taking place in a public venue where liquor is served... I'm not sure how that's violating anyone's rights.

The government has the right to protect children from parental abuse, neglect, or even incompetence, but not to dictate taste in entertainment.

You were talking about the language of the Amendment itself. The First Amendment should not have different regulations than the Second, if we can regulate the first, we can regulate the second. Right?
 
This explicit language does not allow for exceptions:

“... the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The only legal exceptions would be by an amended Second...lots of luck with that.
