I don't have a reason to trust or doubt you. I was just stating that I have known someone to die from colon cancer in their lungs. They had a polyp removed during the butt cam thing and it spread to all 4 lobes of their lungs. by the time it was found, nothing could be done because there is no treatment other than palliative care other than surgery which wasn't an option since it was in every lobe.
