With that established, there is easily sufficient evidence of ‘non-Trump related’ Russian collusion to justify Sessions appointing an SP.

No he did not liar, he clearly stated he is looking into it and will be appointing one when it meets the factual basis necessary to appoint one and it has clearly already met that standard unlike the Mueller witch hunt for which no crime has even been listed for which he is investigating.
A push by who? For what high crime or misdemeanor? Mueller is compromised, he signed off on the Uranium One deal despite first hand knowledge of the FBI informant reporting on blackmail, racketeering, and bribery, he needs to go, period.

Spare me, Einstein, we have 3 indictments already and its only the beginning. I believe Sessions made it quite clear that Trump will not be telling him what to do, and there is little likelihood of any new special prosecutor.
As Secretary of State she (along with others including Mueller) had to approve it.

Extremely insignificant? It allowed the sale of 20% of our strategic uranium reserves to the Russian Federation in Putins bid to corner the global nuclear energy market, and the FBI informant (who will be testifying soon) says that it was allowed to go forward through bribery, blackmail, and racketeering.

There were 9 different agencies who needed to approve the sale. Did Clinton herself force them to do it?

I'm much more interested in the Russian collusion whereby Clinton hired a foreign agent to collude
with the Russian thru the shell corporation Fusion GPS..but the pattern is there either way.
Either way need an SC because the Clinton's need to be held to the same standard of 'Russian collusion'
as the Trump campaign
