Sessions: 2nd Special Counsel Possible

First Trump says lock her up, then he says he won't go after her, then, when the heat is on, he now wants an investigation. Sessions is having a committee see if there is any need for investigation on a "factual basis".

Spoiler alert we already have direct evidence that the Clinton campaign colluded with the FSB through Fusion GPS and Michael Steele and we have evidence of Bill taking twice his speaking fees from Moscow and the Russians funneling millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was Secretary of State and was a key vote in allowing the Uranium One deal to go forward.

Comey decided not to pursue charges against Clinton before he even began his investigation and even went so far to change his wording from "gross negligence," to the synonym term of "extreme carelessness," time to lawyer up bud.

Actually, it would refreshing to have some actual facts to work with for a change.

It’s a fact, that some really-real Russian collusion went on with democrats using an intermediary in Richard Steele. There’s even documentation of the Russian collusion. Was the Russian collusion intended to affect the election?

Was the Russian collusion document used as a basis to justify spying on Trump and/or his associates during the campaign?

Those are just some tip of the iceberg questions.

Jeff Sessions needs to have a little sit down with Mueller. Because Mueller should be investigating the Dossier because it falls under the category of ‘Russian meddling’—-complete with a quid pro quo. And if Mueller is an honest investigator, he’s already on it.

If he’s not, Sessions needs to appoint an SP. Preferably, someone from outside the Beltway who isn’t associated with any of the principal actors. There are 50 federal court houses in the US. Surely, one of them has an able federal prosecutor who doesn’t know the Clintons, or James Comey, Rosenstein or Mueller.

sessions is an idiot..I doubt he is all up on the facts.
it's complicated. I find myself dropping pieces here and there which is all the more reason for SC to sort it all out

It’s further complicated by the fact Mueller, Rosenstein and Comey were all involved in either the Uranium deal or the Dossier. They could also charge Comey with obstructing Justice in the Hillary email fiasco.

If Sessions appoints an SP it could totally screw up Mueller’s investigation if it becomes an investigation of the investigators.

And the indictments will be for way more than failing to register as a foreign agent.

If Mueller won’t investigate the Dossier [his purview is supposed to be Russian influence in the election and not Manafort’s dealings with Ukraine] Sessions would be justified in removing him.

This has the potential to get really interesting.

There is zero chance that he will be removed, there is zero chance of a special counsel to investigate Mrs. Clinton, yet all the while Mueller purview is to investigate ANYTHING that may arise. Please don't pretend that you didn't know that.

The Dossier is under Mueller’s purview.

Do you think he will investigate it?

Mueller can't investigate the FBI. Somebody who isn't brain dead will show Sssions his needed facts to appoint an SC.
Then we all go on another Merry-go-Round, but hopefully the end of all this

Don't hold your breath, there will not be another prosecutor appointed. All you want to do is change the narrative from the trump corruption, and its not going to happen.
