SCOTUS protects marriage equality

It just disproves your asinine point. You can call it gay "marriage" if you like but it's not a marriage anymore than calling a chicken a goat makes the chicken a goat.

Fuck no! States recognize religious weddings as valid not because they're religious but because it's one man one woman. Same with a JP. Religion is irrelevant just like sex I the application of the law
Then you agree with me. The states recognize same sex marriage as . . . marriage. What you think simply does not matter to anyone of importance.

And the supreme Court once said slavery was okie dokie.
When did they rule that? Slavery was written into the US Constitution and then it was amended.
The argument of race works against you. Blacks weren't given special consideration they still couldnt marry someone of the same gender. They were decided because of skin color. A gay person could have always married anyone of the opposite sex. Blacks couldn't. Dumbass
Now you are just arguing that some minorities are allowed to be discriminated against. That isn't what the US Constitution says since the 13th amendment was adopted.

And? The govt has the authority to determine what constitutes a marriage just like they decide lots of things. If they say marriage = one man one and one woman and apply that law to everyone which they did then its not discriminatory. What we have with gay "marriage" is special treatment.

Equal right is special treatment?

Faggots don't care about marriage, it's just about sticking their asses in the face of normal people, and hopefully getting to adopt harems of little boys for fun and grooming..

The fact that it is even an issue is just more evidence of how weak and stupid society has become.
YOu do know that the more virulently homophobic a person is the more likely they are to be closeted homosexuals, right?

You aren't fooling anyone.

I don't know but you have to show it's called marriage because of religion.
Do you think non-religious people care about the sex of people married? Do you think it's a coincidence that the religious right are the ones who have an issue with gay marriage?

Why, without the influence of religion, would you call it anything but marriage?
Marriage is a legal contract. Otherwise you couldn't get married in the courthouse and you wouldn't need legal documentation even to do it in a church.

Good to see you backing up.

You don't need legal documentation to have a church wedding ceremony. You need legal documentation to have your marriage recognized by the state.

The dred scott decision in 1857 ruled blacks could not be considered US citizens and thereby could not sur for their freedom. In essence black had no way to redress their grievance of slavery.

Before the 13th amendment they sure as shit were selected for discrimination

Do you think every non religious person favors same sex "marriage"? Thats intellectually lazy.

I see you are resorting to silly arguments.
If the law only allows persons to own and carry a single shot weapon of any kind that would be OK with you based on your logic since the law wouldn't restrict them from having a gun but only restrict it to a certain kind.
Marriage is not a gun.
You cannot justify banning or limiting any weapon.
