It has nothing to do with religion. You're just flailing now.Of course it is. No religious doctrine has any bearing on the law.

Yes, a happy man and a happy woman can become married. So gay people can marry.
Then what is it based on?It has nothing to do with religion. You're just flailing now.
Silly humor isn't going to save you and your silly argument.Yes, a happy man and a happy woman can become married.
It's simply the biological difference between a man + woman [vs] a man + man or a woman + woman.Who said it's a requirement? You? Why should we listen to you?
Marriage does not include that definition. It's simply the biological difference between a man + woman [vs] a man + man or a woman + woman.
The govt has a compelling interest in encouraging one man and one woman to marry. It creates babies which helps a society grow. It encourages commitment so the govt doesn't have to take care of the children created but today the govt takes care of too many reasons. Those reasons would be a good topic for a new thread. Then what is it based on?
Nope. There is no such thing, no matter how much you or anyone else wishes to pretend. And yet it exists and is recognized.
I always reflect your posts honestly. I wish you would do the same.

Funny because I see same sex marriages everywhere. Are you blind?Nope. There is no such thing, no matter how much you or anyone else wishes to pretend.
Again incorrect. This has nothing to do with religion as the govt has a compelling interest in encouraging one man one woman marriage. Nothing is gained by govt or society with get marriage. It's a self care endeavor. If two gay people want the same benefits that straight people get from a marriage I have no problem with that but what they have is as much a marriage as a bicycle is a motorcycle.Of course it is. No religious doctrine has any bearing on the law.
So now you're seeing hallucinations during your deaf studies?Funny because I see same sex marriages everywhere. Are you blind?
Channeling @IBDaMann again? So now you're seeing hallucinations during your deaf studies?
It's a funny joke that he came up with, so I've adopted usage of it. Same with whoever came up with 'anchovies' as the nickname for archives (and the "poor anchovies" quote).Channeling @IBDaMann again?
No.Are you claiming that their marriage certificates do not exist?
You think mocking the disabled is funny. It reflects poorly on you. It's a funny joke that he came up with, so I've adopted usage of it. Same with whoever came up with 'anchovies' as the nickname for archives (and the "poor anchovies" quote).
I've also come up with some my own nicknames for JPP forum users, such as Dimlight for Daylight (is he even on here anymore?), NoNads for Nomad, Domer the Gomer, and FlipTheBird for Tbird.
Then same sex marriage exists.
You are agreeing with me while pretending not to.It has nothing to do with religion. You're just flailing now.
you realize don't you that calling a chicken a goat doesn't actually make it a goat, right?Funny because I see same sex marriages everywhere. Are you blind?
Of course. You think it makes your point. It doesn't.you realize don't you that calling a chicken a goat doesn't actually make it a goat, right?
Fuck no! States recognize religious weddings as valid not because they're religious but because it's one man one woman. Same with a JP. Religion is irrelevant just like sex I the application of the lawYou are agreeing with me while pretending not to.![]()
It just disproves your asinine point. You can call it gay "marriage" if you like but it's not a marriage anymore than calling a chicken a goat makes the chicken a goat.Of course. You think it makes your point. It doesn't.
