That's easy to do without going there.

The 7th District of Alabama has a 21.5% food stamp use. It's also 2/3 black.

The 2nd District in Alabama has a 20% food stamp use. It's also 2/3 black.

While you may find a few white majority districts with significant food stamp use, the general rule is that the blacker it is, the more food stamp use it has.

Also, you should study proportions. 1 in every 3 1/2 blacks uses food stamps while only 1 in every 12 - 13 whites do.

Sounds like the "student loan to get a law degree then declare bankruptcy" myth. They would have to show the billing for that as part of their filing and that would be their undoing.

I already know the per capita stats. It still does not explain why White people are the main recipients of Welfare and other Safety net social programs overall.

Na! Not anymore a challenge for the divides in the Democrat party to negotiate withing themselves to resolve party platform issues, than it is between the True Republicans and Trumplicans to negotiate within themselves to resolve issues

True both parties are going to struggle with these challenges over the next 2 years, as neither party is all that cohesive in these uncertain times.

Per capita is the explanation dumbass. There are 5x as many whites in the country as blacks yet whites don't use food stamps 5x more than blacks.
