I'm not "retconning" anything. I started a thread titled "Did Comey just cost Hillary the election," and went on to argue as much. Again - as the week went on, the polls didn't shift as much as I thought, so I still had some hope that the narcissistic loon whose spell you have fallen under wouldn't be foisted on all of us for 4 years. Now, we'll just have to wait until the spell gets broken, so you can chime in later that you "never really supported him" and all that.

But really - I hate to see you lose it like this. Life isn't bad - mellow out, go take a few vapes or whatever you call them, and watch a few DVR'd Trump rallies. Make sure to parrot "fake news" whenever he calls out the media. You'll feel better.

During Senator Bernie Sanders‘ interview on Meet the Press this morning, he responded to one of the attacks lobbed against him by Hillary Clinton.

Clinton points fingers at many targets in her new book, including Sanders, and on The View last week, she claimed unlike what she did for Obama in 2008––pushing her supporters hard to vote for him––she didn’t get that same “respect” from Sanders and his supporters.

Sanders told Chuck Todd he rejects the premise:

Every time I read this thread title I wonder why Bernie even bothers to to defend himself. The Clintons have always shit on those that were of no use to them, even close friends. At least Bill has had the decency to stay out of it the last few yrs.

Bernie is still ambitious. I think he thinks he can get the nomination this time as the Dems don't have much of a bench
( Kamala Harris maybe- but she's a freshman senator)- and Bernie has a proven base that is still enthusiastic for him

That's why I wouldn't even bother defending myself against that anti-christ. There's no more Clinton machine to suck up to anymore. Especially now after her book and book tour. Not only is she dead politically after Nov. 8, she's making sure of it. I'd call it political suicide if she weren't already dead but she's hammering more nails in her own coffin for some reason. Closure maybe? Definitely money is to be made, that always figures in what they do.
