During Senator Bernie Sanders‘ interview on Meet the Press this morning, he responded to one of the attacks lobbed against him by Hillary Clinton.

Clinton points fingers at many targets in her new book, including Sanders, and on The View last week, she claimed unlike what she did for Obama in 2008––pushing her supporters hard to vote for him––she didn’t get that same “respect” from Sanders and his supporters.

Sanders told Chuck Todd he rejects the premise:

“I worked as hard as I could after endorsing Hillary Clinton. I went all over this country, and I would remind people––you know, people say, ‘Well, not everybody who voted for Bernie ended up voting for Hillary.’ No kidding. That’s what happens in politics.”

I believe that Bernies run initially was a false flag setup so that it looked like Hillary wasn't coronated. However something went wrong. Democrat voters liked Bernie and he became enamored when the spotlight. That is why Hitlery feels screwed

Prb what is most damaging to that party is she/they are running him & his supporters off, & @ a time when they need them most..........

chuck & nancy are much happier rubbing elbows w/ trump & touting the corp agenda than any primitive "grassroots" thing, they can't smudge their manicures can they..

Says the guy who participated in Sarah Palin threads after McCain lost. Give it a rest, Things... Reality: This woman is trying to stay relevant and just put out a book. This could be a reason we're talking about her.

the Dems need a good shake up. the best thing for them to happen is the demise of the Clintons.
Hopefully they are finally gone.

Sanders should have never run, period.

If he absolutely had to, he should've ran as an independent, not as a Democratic challenger to HRC.

He sunk the Democrats' chances by creating a rift within the party and siphoning votes away from her.

Now, both he and his supporters are too chicken to admit and accept their responsibility in giving us Donald J. Trump.
