Roe V Wade has been overturned.

Those of you that complained bitterly about the public health restrictions during COVID. You don’t have a leg to stand on legally at the present. You won’t have that right. OK, how they going to fix that without overturning the Gorsuch decision?

Gorsuch’s reassurance that his decision only pertains to abortion is naive at best and disingenuous at worst as Justice Thomas made clear.

What this decision has done is made privacy and bodily autonomy rights a political football at the State Level which will result in inevitable mayhem that will have unforeseen national consequences. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out.

That will probably take some time to snowball. I guess we shall see.

The Republican-nominated justices have fired shots. They clearly intend to strip women and minorities of their civil rights in order to return the country to the 1950s. They want to resuscitate their dead party by reinforcing white, straight, male privilege. The question is how far they'll try to take this before their security concerns prevent them from even getting into the Court.

Uvalde proved one thing, we can't rely on the police to protect us, it made crystal clear the necessity of the individuals right to armed self defense.

No but the parents of those children who the armed police physically stopped from saving their own children.
