He's not enrolled, period. The university has no reason to lie about that. Besides, it could easily be discovered and reported on, which would make them look like lying idiots. In other words, much like the drop-out punk killer and his defenders.

Nope. I haven't. Nothing has changed. He murdered two people, and immediately tried to go to the cops.

They weren't the least bit interested in the murderer, and the city will pay in a civil trial.

He fantasized on tape about 'shooting looters'. He then got an illegal gun and went to a BLM march. He was disappointed because things quieted down, so he threatened numerous people until one of them approached him.

Civil trials have a lower standard of evidence, as well.

Rittenhouse's acquittal was not the slam dunk that the Reichwingers believe. The jury deliberated over a period of days, and sent for further information several times.

Yes. And it certainly will be allowed in a civil trial. So will his statements and social media posts prior to the killings, and so will his penchant for violence. There's a video out there of him chasing after a girl and punching her, just a couple weeks before the killings. He apparently goes to Kenosha looking for trouble.
