Either way, the state would still be liable.
Apparently the same is true of skateboards. lol
What a sad thread to read through.
The situation never should have happened. It was a tragedy for everyone involved. It is nothing to celebrate.
I genuinely don't understand many conservatives. I thought the verdict was correct, but to make this guy a hero and celebrate what happened? It's kind of soulless.
Link?
He did lie. He was never enrolled in the nursing program. He was never a paramedic, either.
He is not enrolled, as of Dec. 1, per the university.

They would have to prove liability.
it's not soulless to fucking defend your life you idiot!
the school said that to trick npc's such as yourself. He was temp enrolled in online classes but withdrawn for the trial. they said he wasn't doing online classes at the time but he is enrolled and yes he is attending in the spring. Because he got accepted, and is a student there.

Actually it does. He is a high school dropout. He lied on the stand and claimed to be a nursing student at Arizona State. He is not. In fact, he's currently not enrolled at all. At the time he claimed to be a nursing student, the university confirmed that he was taking an online class but was not an admitted student, nor in the nursing program. He was home-schooled. His mom is a single mom who works as a CNA. So they are/were poor, at least till he killed some ppl and became a darling of the Reichwing.
So you guys worship both a bankrupt failed TV game show host *and* a moron h.s. dropout with a big gun. How's that feel, to go from the party of Lincoln to the dregs?
As controversy over his enrollment swirls, ASU says Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer a student
There you go, hating on single moms.

Here, attention whore, is your treat for today.

It's not just "kind of." It's despicable that *anyone* would applaud this kind of thing. If you think it was truly self defense than be satisfied that the jury agreed, and move on. Don't make a hero out of a killer.

lol, why would the school want to trick people?
Again, why would they wish to trick? They only tricked people like you.
No one else cares.
