I also found this interesting. I had an opinion on what I thought the jury would do, but the longer this goes without a verdict the more likely that prediction will be at least partially wrong. I thought he'd be cleared of almost everything relatively quickly, that prosecutor really did a poor job. But heck, this goes to show that being in the room and being a jurist is different than watching and listening at home. One thing that the jury didn't get is all that dressing down by the judge.
I've been surprised from the outset that Kyle didn't request a Judge trial rather than a Jury trial.
