Last week the New York state supreme court in Manhattan gave the green light for the case to proceed against Fox News, the Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo, the former business anchor Lou Dobbs and Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

because its the same in most jurisdictions. As to Obstruction of Congress, I am absolutely sure THAT is not a DC felony crime, and breaking and entering is not a federal crime. Unlike a Chinese menu you cannot mix and match crimes.

The fact that Chansley plead guilty to that felony would mean the elements of the crime were proven.

You know how i know you are a Fox News only? You do not know that the LAST information provided is all the Fox News internal emails and texts by Tucker Carlson and others. Fox is not reporting as they do not want you to know and they believe you are stupid enough to not find out.

When you say "not now"... the only not now is the email and texts which came out that said 'Fox hosts think their viewers are stupid and REQUIRE us to lie to them or they will go to OAN and other more derpy stations, so therefore we will lie to them'.
