If Republicans had a strong case, they would not need to constantly lie. For instance, maybe 10 year old rape victims should be forced to risk their lives carrying a pregnancy to term, but then why do Republicans need to lie and say it will not happen. They lie and say things like rape victims cannot get pregnant, and other insane claims.

Their refusal to deal with reality is destroying our country.

Truth. ^ At least one of them here blamed the physician who did the 10-year-old girl's procedure for reporting it -- which is mandated by law. Didn't blame the rapist. Didn't blame the fact that the child could not get the procedure in Ohio. Nope, it was the physician's fault for "politicizing" it. These people are truly damaged and sick.
