Ms. Fat Lame's claims are consistently non sequiturs for a medical professional much less a retired doctor. Either she's lying or she fried her brain with illicit drugs when she was working in medicine.

We may never know for sure, but she sure does not seem like a doctor. Her story wanders a lot.
