The police investigated and quickly and easily and determined the shooting was justified. The police determined he was doing his job protecting the politicians.

She had policemen standing right behind her and they were not being attacked. M. Byrd is a moron who panicked and shot and killed a harmless 105 pound five foot tall unarmed woman. And he is your "hero" . The man is an idiot that broke police protocol and murdered an unarmed woman. We just tried and convicted and sentence an idiot that broke police protocol and murdered a woman. Ask any cop if M. Byrd followed protocol and if the Babbitt shooting was a good shooting.
