Recount Update....

Rubbish. Participating in the voter registration here in CO has taught me quite a few things... They give the last four of a social security and check a box that says they are a citizen. The Feds are supposed to verify the social security to the name using the last four, but they have thrice refused such checks even after courts have told them they must here in CO. With same day registration, they don't even have to provide anything other than that and get to vote. Somebody with time and a bus could take the same group around with fake addresses/names and vote in many different precincts. There is nothing at all to stop fraud, in fact the system doesn't allow checks that would even stop the simplest of fraud.

fuck you grind and your evil fucking lies

Fact. Voter fraud is "extraordinarily rare" in America. "According to Politifact, there were just 85 prosecutions for voter fraud in Texas from 2002 to 2015, and not all of them led to convictions. That's a paltry number considering that more than 42 million ballots were cast in the state's general elections from 2002 to 2014."

Something tells me you wouldn't accept the Politifact research, though.

The number of prosecutions doesn't tell you much.

Say for example two cops are assigned to patrol a two hundred block high crime neighborhood. Obviously, you couldn't draw any conclusions about the crime rate in the neighborhood based on the number of prosecutions the two cops originate. In fact if you tried, you would come to the wrong conclusion.

It's misleading, but you expect that from the 'fact checkers'. I've learned to be leery of them.

Myth of Voter Fraud
It is important to protect the integrity of our elections. But we must be careful not to undermine free and fair access to the ballot in the name of preventing voter fraud.*
The Brennan Center’s ongoing examination of voter fraud claims reveal that voter fraud is very rare, voter impersonation is nearly non-existent, and much of the problems associated with alleged fraud in elections relates to unintentional mistakes by voters or election administrators. Our report "The Truth About Voter Fraud" reveals most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless — and that of the few allegations remaining, most reveal election irregularities and other forms of election misconduct. Click here for additional resources on fraud.
Voter fraud is not acceptable in our elections, but we must find a balance and not impose solutions that make it harder for millions of eligible Americans to participate in our democracy.

I call this the pink elephant argument. Just because you haven't seen one doesn't mean they don't exist.

trump himself said there's voter fraud in PA. You don't believe him now?

"We're gonna watch Pennsylvania. Go down to certain areas and watch and study and make sure other people don't come in and vote five times. ... The only way we can lose, in my opinion -- and I really mean this, Pennsylvania -- is if cheating goes on. I really believe it. Because I looked at Erie and it was the same thing as this. ...

[L]et me just tell you, I looked over Pennsylvania. And I'm studying it. And we have some great people here. Some great leaders here of the Republican Party, and they're very concerned about that. And that's the way we can lose the state. And we have to call up law enforcement. And we have to have the sheriffs and the police chiefs and everybody watching. Because if we get cheated out of this election, if we get cheated out of a win in Pennsylvania, which is such a vital state, especially when I know what's happening here, folks. I know. She can't beat what's happening here.

The only way they can beat it in my opinion -- and I mean this 100 percent -- if in certain sections of the state they cheat, OK? So I hope you people can sort of not just vote on the 8th, go around and look and watch other polling places and make sure that it's 100 percent fine, because without voter identification -- which is shocking, shocking that you don't have it."

It's moot.....I am sure there was "voter fraud" all across the nation, but the effort to "cherry pick" certain districts while ignoring the 800 lb gorilla in the middle of the room is funny as hell. You're "recounting" and targeting the wrong areas as to where the prima facie circumstantial evidence points. Which states had the motive, the means, and the method to askew the general election? 12 Democrat strong hold states that are allowing anyone with a pulse to vote.

Its moot...why? The conservatives don't need the recount to win, and the democrats will never target the real problem areas. So its time to moveon.org. and allow the conservatives that now hold all power in the political spectrum to correct the obvious problems of voter fraud due to a lack of proper vetting in the system.

That's BS. Every time you guys claim "voter fraud" you really mean "liberal voter fraud." The guy you elected used voter fraud as a central issue of his campaign...until he won. And he's STILL not happy. It's killing him that Clinton got 2.7 million and counting more popular votes, so he has to move the goalposts from states voter fraud to illegals voter fraud. Guess what Ralphie, it's your candidate who's the real fraud in this election.
