Blacks do have more fast twitch muscle fiber & more muscle mass too.

Not so sure Poles are less muscular than Blacks or some of our neighbors.

But, I believe North, Central & East Euros are probably more slow twitch.

Which explains the Strongman like Pudzianowski & others.

I stand by puberty.

Asian women probably have less testosterone than other women.

But, probably have better math & spatial scores than other women do from likely going through puberty later.
